Exchanges or refunds are given on strictly un-used, un-worn, un-damaged merchandise that arrives back to us in the condition that it was when we sent it to you. Please do not use something and break it and send it back. We can only take back a legitimate defect and not an illegitimate breakage. Refunds and exchanges given within 30 days after your order arrives. No exchange can be made after 30 days. If you need to exchange an Item, we will exchange an Item once Blue Sclera Custom Contact Lense with no extra shipping charge to you. This applies to items over $20.00 and not international orders.
